According to Ingmar Bengtsson, the major part of the musical notation is distributed over three staves (partly without keyboard/clavier, partly with soprano and bass clefs), in another part it is distributed over four staves (with two soprano clefs, alto clef and bass clef) and in the third part it is distributed over two staves.
