Work comment

The autograph had been lost for several decades, but was found by chance and secured in 1931 by Martin Andreason, at the time répétiteur at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm, who happened to be passing a building undergoing demolition, when he noticed an old suitcase from where some handwritten music sheets were falling out, among which was this Duo.
